Description
A color photograph depicting a single wall that remains from the old fronton of the Star Rooming House at 512 Idaho Street, Boise, Idaho. Frontons were courts used to play pala (Basque game somewhat like American racquet ball) and pelota (Basque handball game). A pala paddle hangs on the wall in the photo. The Star Rooming House has long been out of business and the building is now divided into business offices.
