Alfredo Paloscio was a F1c on Battleship Texas from October 1943 to April 1946. He continued to support Battleship Texas and visit her as a museum until his death in 2022.
Dress Blues were the standard uniform for the enlisted sailor in the Navy, and included a jumper, trousers, white hat, and blue cap. Patches denoting sailor rate were on their right arm. Sailors also received handkerchiefs, socks, and many other articles.Collection
