Dozens of civilians on utility boat. Two life preservers with "TEXAS" on the top. Back says "a fifty ft launch full..." Christmas in early 1930s.

Context

Battleship Texas was flagship of Battleship Division One from September 15, 1931, to June 27, 1937. She continued to participate in Fleet Problems throughout this period.
