The album photos date to the early to mid 1920s. Each photo had writing on the pages of the book, now discarded. Largest is the USS T-2, and the smaller two behind it are H-class.

Context

Battleship Texas steamed, berthed, and operated alongside hundreds of ships from the U.S. Navy, Coast Guard, and other fleets across the globe throughout her time in commission from 1914 to 1948. Many crew members kept photo albums that each have hundreds of photos chronicling their service onboard. USS T-2 (SS-60) was an AA-1-class submarine commissioned from January 7, 1922, to July 16, 1923. She was scrapped in 1931. H-class submarines were utilized during World War I and the interwar. Between 1911 and 1918 a total of nine were built and remained in commission until 1922.
