One of three brass USN locks with keys owned by Charles Pratt. Lock made in New Britain, CN.

Context

Charles Pratt was an ensign onboard Battleship Texas for a brief time in 1921 and would continue to serve in the Navy until 1942. He collected much throughout his military life and beyond.
