Description
1860 reproduction hoop cotton petticoat with six rows of gathered ruffles that are edged in lace. Five gradually increasing hoops that are encased in wide twill tape. Heavy hook and eye at the waist with two smaller ones below with a 5" opening. Small tucks in the waistband that could be removed.
