Antique wire cleaner cleans soot and dust glass chimney for kerosene oil lamp. Two triangular handles that when pulled together as the bottom one slides on the wire five wires push together to form a circle. This would be inserted into the globe of a kerosene glass lamp, probably with a cloth on it, and turned to clean the inner area of the globe. the globe would then be rinsed with hot water and let air dry.
