Description

U.S. Army Dress Belt Buckle Ceremonial Enlisted, worn on dress uniform. Eagle with shield over the body and wheat sheaf held in each talons. Circle above the head and banner on each side. A cotton web belt would be used with the buckle and a sliding tightener on the sides.
