An article of agreement between David Foot and Ransom Foot in 1831 for the use of my farm after my death.
Articles of Agreement mad and entered into this 31st
day of January in the year of our Lord one thousand
eight hundred & thirty one by and between David Foot of
Dover township Cuyahoga County State of Ohio of the one
parte Ransom Foot of Dover Cuyahoga County State of Ohio
of the other part witness that the said David Foot for the
consideration hereinafter mentioned hath agreed & doth
hereby covenent & agree that the said Ransom Shal have the
uses of the farme that I now owen & live on & after my
deathe & the death of Betsy my wife after our death
the farm is to be his & his home for [hole]
And the said Ransom Foot on his part doth hearby
covinant & agree that the said David have the privileg
of stocking the one half of the farme & also to have the one half
of the grain that shal be raised on said farm of all sortes
& all nessary charges both in sickness & in health be paid
by me the son Ransome is likewise to pay to Laura and
Caroline his sisters one hundred and fifty dollars Each
and divide Equally with is Father all the Fruit and Potatoes
Raised on the Farm
To the true and faithful performance of the sevral cove-
nants and agreements aforesaid the parties aforesaid do
hereby respectably find themselves and their respectiv
hearin excutors & administrators each to the other
his executors & administrators in the sum of
two thousand dollars
I testimony whereof they have hereunto set there
hands and seals the day & year first writen
