Deckled cream paper with pen and ink sketch of Bay View Hospital, Bay Village, Ohio. Note Card. Paper is folded in quaters. Blank inside. Looking slightly Northwest at the original mansion, four bare trees in the front, walkways in the front into the side of the building. Cream colored envelope included. Printed signiture on the bottom left corner, possibly says R. Roth. Two copies. On the back it has printed: Maybel Co. / R.D.1 Hammonton, New Jersey, 08037
