Bustle jacket waistcoat with heavily beaded panels sewn on both sides of the front. Mandarin collar. Button enclosure down the front consists of 24 beige and dark green buttons with slight variations of a star burst pattern. Netting type fabric with small pleats near the hip that is swooped to the back. 3/4 length sleeves have a beaded panel and lace cuffs.
