Black felt crown with black seal rolled brim. Black grosgrain ribbon on the interior. Chin strap of narrow elastic with a 1 1/4" red velveteen ribbon bow on the side with the ribbon extending under the chin.
Black felt slightly domed hat 6 1/8", with curved black fur going in ¾ circle to surround the edge. Red velvet bow strap 10" that extends from one side and goes under the chin. Bow is 8" wide. Chin strap of narrow elastic, 2 ½" that goes from one edge of the strap to attach to the ribbon.
