All lace netting for the cap with a few small pleats. Overlay of netting on the back half with small circle design. Side and front are wired and slightly gathered. Front additional piece extends down 3" with four rows of gathered lace and two 3 ½" satin streamers. Attached to that is an additional piece of lace, 9 ¼", with another double bow with streamers. Ribbons to tie are lace with 2" of lace and 1" black ribbon.Collection
