Black sealskin hat. 1.5" turned cuff around edge. Above is a 2 1/4" band with 1" showing edged in black fabric that surrounds most of the hat. The band curves down to the seam on both sides to meet and is attached to the crown.
Inside: 2" band of cotton fabric and lined with a separate piece of black cotton.
