Description
Black straw hat created with a ruffled effect in 3/8" rows surrounding the crown. Back features gathered pointed lace with a cluster of beige flowers. 2 1/2" wide fine grosgrain ribbon used for a multi-loop bow on the top and 1 1/2" fine grosgrain ribbon used to create a 6" bow across the front of the hat with 23 3/8" streamers extending from the edge of the hat for a tie.
