Black velvet hat with brim. Black velvet flower on the right center and 2 1/2" fine grosgrain black ribbon bow slightly to the left of center. Folded velvet fabric around brim. Black matching ribbon bow in the back. Back is raised slightly. 3 ½" satin ribbon ties toward the back. Curved wire protruding from the top which may have held another material at some point.
Interior is lined with a thin brownish fabric with gathering in the middle,
