Description
Hat worn on the crown of the head with gathered black velvet fabric that is gathered in a circular pattern on the left front. The fabric has sections of velvet missing which doesn't appear to be from wear. Ostrich feather on the front, left of center. Arched back opening. Wire runs through the perimeter of the base. 1.5" black velvet ribbon that hangs down 11.5" on the right and 6" on the left ending in a bow. Inside is black fine fabric that is gathered in the center and is attached 1" down from the brim.
