Waist black satin with lace insert on the top. Insert is along the neckline, scoops down on the left, across just past the middle, up toward the top, across half way to the shoulder and up to the shoulder. The middle section has black netting with braiding and some areas have a tassel design. 7" tucks in sets of six from the shoulder down. Three sets of four tucks down the front. Pleats at the waistband. Back has sets of tucks going vertically. Sleeves have two sets of four tucks at the bottom that go partially around the arm.
