Black woven design waist with long sleeves, pale blue insert down the front that narrows toward the waist. Earthy grey colored strip next to the blue that narrows to the seam 2/3 of the way to the waist. Short stand-up collar. Waist has a velvet band that attaches on the front left. Hook and eye closures down the front. Under the arms is a plain panel of fabric. Small ruffle above the pleated cuff. Exposed boning in the back with a satin ribbon. Lining includes a cream, pink and brown plaid section below the arm. Overall lining is the same blue fabric as the front.
