Description
Children's blue winter crocheted hat with ties. Block shape that is slightly narrower at the base. Front border has a rblue ruffle that has a burgundy edge 1.25" detail that is1" from the edge. Burgundy pom-pom at the top back. Lined with Wedgewood blue silk fabric that is hand sewn in and has an extra section added at the right lower edge. This piece was probably a fabric scrap left from making a dress.
