Blue gathered dress with ruffles. Clothing for Bettina and Her Playmate Paper Dolls. Originally came in a booklet form "Bettina and Her Playmate Rosalie" that were meant to be punched out. They were in a staplebound, softbound book. There are two copies of each outfit. 2021.Y.19.01.01.01AB Blue light weight fabric dress with solid top extending into the sleeves with yellow trim at the yoke and above the short sleeve. Sleeves have a bow on the side and two rows of ruffles. Bodice of dress has a yellow ribbon across the bottom with two rosettes of flowers on each side and five rows of ruffles at the bottom. 2021.Y.19.01.01.01CD Matching blue cloche hat with a pleated trim across the arched top having yellow detail with flowers below. Yellow bow with streamers on the left. Section to attach to the doll is light purple.
