Blue long sleeved waist with white dots. Choker collar has small vertical tucks in five sections of five with narrow lace on the top edge and front. Front of waist has three sets of tucks with narrow cording down each side. Drawstring waistband with narrow ribbon and small seam at the bottom. The casing for the string goes around the entire bodice, but at some point seems to have sewn at the side seam. Gathered sleeves with wide cuff. Back has three sets of tucks that are drawn to the middle. One hook and eye on the front and two in the lining. Lined with a light colored cotton above the waist.
