Osborn Brown straw hat with black lace. Crown appears to have originally stood up an 1" or so but the straw has deteriorated. Front brim has lace and a purple pleated fabric under the crown. The brim extends on the sides going off in a V where the ties are attached. Top has matching lace to 96.C.304 with small ovals in lace and pointed edges. 2 ½" wide black ribbon is pleated in large pleats along the top and sides extending to become the ribbon ties. Bow in the back with lace extending down. Front left has a 3" spread of small red and cream flowers.
