Description
Black velvet hat with gathered fabric with a flat circle of velvet at the crown. Pleated 1.5" ribbon around the side. Below the pleated ribbon is rouched fabric with black sequins and jet black faceted beads. Back has a U shaped cut-out. 26" black velvet ribbons extending off the sides. Lined with black cotton with a center section exposed showing where the fabrics were adhered to the crown.
