Correspondence regarding a payment concerning Captain Selden Osborn. Cleveland Jany 3 1837 Capt Osborn Paymaster ------- has authorised me to collect & settle the affair of the Regiment. I was at my post the other day & found he has paid you $13.50 & that some fines were Collected without suit & I sent you a line which specifies you have not received anything you to call of my office in Cleveland & may I collect all your receipts and I will send an account with the money by mail ---- will you also ---- ----- your Charles Whittlesay, Attorney at Law
