Thin cotton bonnet with 1" lace edge. 1/2" pleat about 1" from the edge. Back head piece has narrow welting along the seam. Front edge comes down where the tie would be. There are two pieces of fabric on the inside which would have been for tying that have torn away. Gathered at the base of the neck with a slightly narrower lace. .
