Description
Crazy quilt completed in 5 1/2" strips of silk, velvet and cotton fabrics. The strips were completed in blocks of parallelograms that alternate in direction. The long sides are bound in black cotton. The short sides, top and bottom are black velvet with red and gold thread feather stitching.Velvet is in V's that co-ordinate with the strips. The stitching is completed in rows and the bottom has V's with the stitching ending at the inner channel. Quilted down the strip and on each parallelogram line. Back is red cotton.
