White crocheted hemmed petticoat. 1" waistband with button closure at the back with the button missing. Gathered skirt. Half way down is a 1/2' pleat with another 1/2" pleat 4 1/2" below. There is a separate 12" layer for the bottom ruffle that is attached to the skirt. It features a 2" crocheted lace at the bottom.
