Long dark blue beaded costume embellishment. Oval at the top with oval beading on the outside edge. Two side ovals below with rounded 2" section having a solid beaded section in the middle. 3 1/4" hanging strands that go 1/2" up the sides. 3D beads along with short tube and seed beads.
