Framed watercolor of a white clapboard cottage with a variation of a gable green roof forming a simple classic triangle in the front. Red brick chimney in the center of the house and smaller gable-style dormer window off the left. Multi pane windows on with single panes below. Above roof and dormer two 2/2, front has 9/1, 15/1 and 9/1. The front door has sets of 6 panes vertically with probably three sets horizontally. The side lights appear to be 6 vertical rows that are two panes in width on each side of the door. Over the door is a trellis type cover with two square columns.
The side of the house has a door and one window on each side, picket fence to the garage and a vintage garage with doors that open in the center for each car. Landscaping in front, trees and a small boat in the distance on Lake Erie.
