Two stamps on the right hand corner, 2 cent red, George Washington facing the left. Began being printed in 1901. Cancellation over the stamps states Cleveland / May 1 / 430 PM / Ohio enclosed in a circle, a bullseye cancellation. Also a large 4 in a circle with solid lines above and below in an oval which is a barrel obliterator duplex. Between the two cancellations is a 25 toward the bottom. There are two of each in a row.
