Hand fan with white painted flowers and leaves over a lightly spray painted mid section. Brown speckled section on the top that stops on the far left. The leaves of the fan are a plant based material. Guard are split where they cover the leaf and have cording crisscrossed between them. The cord is tacked in place with thread. Inside has a sketch outlining small flowers that is repeated off center.
