Green felt "Robin Hood" style. Crown rises 5" above the brim with small matching machine stitches circling the top for 2" with the stitching less than 1/8" apart. 1" matching felt band going around the hat and looped in the back. Black plume coming from it along the left side that is approximately 7" wide and 18" long. Brim is a continuation of the top and curls upward having matching rows of stitching.
No liner. Burgundy grosgrain ribbon band along the inside. Two black thin cord that are attached at on the sides and tied in a knot at the bottom.
