Dark green waist. Accents of silk flocked green velvet with gold background is used on the stand-up collar, front middle and cuffs. Below the collar are numerous small pleats facing the middle. The accent fabric comes up to a point below the breast. Fitted waist. Back is fitted and features wide pleats at the bottom in the middle with flaps on each side.
