Resolution of the Directors of the Commercial Adding Machine Co., commemorating the death of J. M. Cahoon, the founding director of the company. The resolution reads: In Memoriam. [p. 1] Since the last meeting of the Directors of The Commercial Adding Machine Co. it becomes our sad duty to record the death of Mr. J.M. Cahoon who has been a director of this company since its organization Therefore be it --- [p. 2] Resolved: That this board, in appreciation of his services in the organization of this company, direct that this resolution of respect be spread upon the minutes of this meeting and that a memorial page be set aside for that purpose and an engrossed copy be sent to his immediate relatives, to whom we extend our heartfelt condolence.
