Miss Ida Cahoun,

Dear Miss Cahoun:
I had a talk with Mr. Horr, attorney for Mr. Johnson, today. I saw him with reference to being ready to hear those demurrers. He said to me that he had been giving our petitions more careful consideration, and had come to the conclusion that his clients had no case; that the deeds which we cited particularly the warranty, cut out any chance for Mr. Johnson to have any hope for obtaining anything out of your property. He said that he would write at once to Mr. Johnson and tell him his conclusions, and ask that a decree might be entered by consent in your favor in both cases. This will avoid any hearing, and I suppose be welcome news to you.
Yours Truly,
Jas. W. Stewart
