Miss Ida M. Cahoon,
North Dover, O.
Dear Miss Cahoon:
I went to the Court House today and got the answer of Amos Smith withdrawn in your two cases.
We shall immediately prepare a journal entry clearing up the title, which will end the cases. As soon as the matter is entered of record, I will have the costs taxed and send you the bill.
I think the clerk was a little premature in sending you the other bill. He evidently thought that the cases had been disposed of.
Very Truly yours,
Jas. W. Stewart
