Letter from Leverett Cahoon to his brother, writing to tell him about what is happening at the State Capital regarding an appeal Stationary Letterhead: Neil House, McKinnie & Son, Proprietors Columbus, O May 5 1886 11:50 P.M. Handwritten in black ink: Dr. Brother I expect to go to Cin and come here on my way home, but find it will not be necessary for me to be here now as the Senate is at work on the Hamilton County Senators and the house can not do much at present so there is no probability of a repeal of the Act this session. I expect to be home Friday morning if nothing happens Have written to Roesch of Fredonia about the Tree roots Good night Leverett
