Yours of the 14th inst is recd. Mr JBCahoon, suit is set for trial on the 5th day of November: it can not be taken up sooner & I have some from that ? shall not be able to try it at alll this term. If I shall become certain it will not be tried this term, I will write you again & save your journey here.
