Navy blue silk waist with stand-up collar that is curved at the front and lace accent in the back that is 2" in the center and diminishes completely at the side seams. There is a black choker attached in the back with a bow. Black crocheted yoke overlay with gathers below. Mutton sleeve. Inner front lining has 13 buttonholes and 7 buttons with two hook and eyes at the top. There are four stays in the lining of the front and seven in the back with handstitched overcast seams. Front exterior is loose. Interior 1 1/8" twill tape around the waist that is attached in the center back and hooks in the front. Exterior bottom has a 2" satin detail going around the complete waist with a floral satin bow in the front and back closing with two hook and eyes.
