You are hereby notified that at the recent election of teachers you were appointed by the Board of Education of the City of Cleveland, as a teacher in the Public Schools thereof, at a salary determined by your experience.
...Teachers Absences - The Superintendent shall report to the Board annually...the names of teachers who were not present ...and the number of days absent in each case, together with the reason for such absences.
The appointment will take effect on the 30th day of August next, if accepted within two weeks from this date.
