White cotton petticoat featuring intricate 8.5" embroidered eyelet lace with six 1/4" delicate pleated details and above it 1" eyelet trim intended to have ribbon woven into it. 1.5" waistband with very slight gathering and side. Scalloped bottom edge below embroidery. Back has central area with French side seams and heavy gathering at the waistband. Button closure above a 9" opening. Additional layer under the lower section of the petticoat with a 4.5" slightly gathered lower are attaching with a 3/4" band.
