Reproduction Bisque 18" Doll with White Dress and Jacket

Description
A. Bisque head and hands. Feet and body are cloth. Painted wide-set blue eyes, rosy cheeks, slight grey pallor to the skin. Hair has W front feature that is painted in a reddish-orange color. Body may be glue to head with no visible markings. Arms are stitched at the armpit and elbow to make breaks. Legs are part of the body. Outfit appears to be original to the doll.
B. Probably original dress of dotted Swiss, Bodice has a round neckline with 1/8" flat lace. Three vertical pleats one each side of the center with four rows of lace on the edge and in the middle. Three white buttons down the front with a brighter pink bow at the neckline. Slightly gathered set-in sleeves with lace and woven ribbon hem. Same lace and ribbon at the bottom of the bodice and two rows at the hem and 2" above with 2 1/4" pink bow at the center back seam. Two snaps at the back.
C. Slip. Collarless and sleeveless. 7 1/4" eyelet hem with a pink bow on the bottom, 1.5 from the edge on the left side. Two snaps on the back.
D. Ribbed satin jacket that is lined with. Pink wide spread embroidery stitches along the sleeve, collar, front and bottom. Pink 1/4" ribbon sewn at the center neckline in a half bow on both sides with long streamers. At the bottom of the left streamer is a heart shaped rattle with a pink front and blue handle and back. Appears to be original.
E. Bonnet white dotted Swiss bonnet with white lining. 2" circle at the back with slight gathers around the bonnet section. 1/4" pink ribbon goes across the top with half bows on the sides that goes into a loop that is knotted. Appears to be original.
F. Socks Soft pink synthetic socks of ribbed knit.
G. Diaper. Appears to be a normal cloth diaper. Stains where the folds are.
Shoes seem to have been added later but may be original. They appear to be actual baby shoes.
