Rolls Razor brand safety razor in silver case with integrated leather strop and whet stone. The case is chrome-plated with meander decoration and embossed Rolls Razor "The Whetter" logo on each side. The case has two lids, one with integrated leather strop, the other with the integrated whet stone. Inside the case is an integrated handle in grooves where the blade can be attached to hone the blade against the stone and strop depending on which lid was attached. The blade handle for shaving is also stored in the case and can be unscrewed in the middle for easier storage.
The blade itself is a "Luper Hollow Ground" Sheffield steel razor blade. Inscribed on the front face: Luper / Hollow / Ground; Reverse face: Best / Sheffield / Steel; Attachment side: ROLLS RAZOR A / D 7 MADE IN / ENGLAND
