Royal blue satin jet beaded waist with silver studs. 2" beaded trim around the stand-up collar, down the center of each front panel, waist going to the back and sleeve hem trim. Tucks between trim and decorative metal buttons. The top three buttons have a flower design and the others have the coat of arms of the Netherlands. The flower buttons appear to be the original. There are holes from the bottom buttons that are evident on the inside lining. One extra button had been attached to the inside. The motto of the Netherlands is printed on the newer buttons, "Je Amintiendrai" which translated means, "I will maintain." the newer buttons have not sewn in, but attached with metal clips. Back has an additional medallion of the beading.
