Silk, black thin striped waist. Stand-up collar that attaches with a hook and eye at the back. Panel in the front has two rows of six very small corded balls in groups of two down each side of the front panel. Same balls are on the shoulder seam. Five pleats on each side of the front panel. Puff sleeves that narrow and have a straight edge hem. The last eight inches have a zig-zag feature with the small corded balls. Pleated waistband. Back has vertical pleats and comes to a V at the bottom.
