Article says the playhouse went dark in 2015. The original playhouse (old Huntington Barn) burned down in 1970 and was rebuilt.
The space to now become a flexible-use space with a stage, classrooms, music lesson rooms, etc.
BAYarts received a grant from the Ohio Facilities Construction Commission of $500,000 and BAYarts had to raise matching funds (additional $800,000) for restoration.

Plans to unveil the new space at their jubilee Moondance in celebration of their 75th year.
