White straw pillbox hat with small white 4 petal 1 ¼" flowers completely covering the sides. Small green confetti birds are scattered around the outside edge and three in a row across the top. The entire hat is covered with a fine avocado netting. The top of the hat has a slightly domed shape. The bottom edge is curved, slightly lower at the ears and higher in the back.
Inside has a layer of stiff closely woven circle pattern netting. Cream colored grosgrain ribbon is used as the band under the brim.
