Description
White petticoat with six 1" rows of alternating lace and fabric. Flat felt seams, two per side front and back until it reaches the decorative area. 1.325" plain fabric, 12 pin tucks going horizontally. The trim then alternates between 1" plain fabric and lace for six rows of each. There is lace at the hem that coordinates, is narrower and scalloped at the bottom. Gathered unevenly across the waist with more at the front opening.
The petticoat seems to have been shortened by taking a 2" pleat to attach the decoative skirt panel. The undercoat has a 2.5" lightly gathered ruffle at the hem.
