Photograph of Mrs. Sidney McKinnon and Mrs. Wilmott Chapman turning over a scrapbook and framed gavel mounted on an antique placque with the names of the charter members of the Bay Village Women's Club. Framing was a gift to the club from Mrs. McKinnon. A scrapbook with news items going back to 1917 was presented by Mrs. Richard Van Almen and Mrs.
Stidger Howe to the Historical Society along with the gavel. (The scrapbook was returned to the Women's Club for their 100th Anniversay and not returned).

Mr. John A. Roland, adminstrator and Mrs. Mary Kay Robertson will head the Personnel Dept. and be secretary to the administrative committee. Mrs. Edward Dobosy, supervisor of payroll and accounts payable; Mrs. Constance Bickers, asst. to the administrator.
